A few of us have just created Red Oaks Partners, S.R.L., an Italian registered fully independent company. Our objective is to provide the answer to all the property management needs of people interested in owning a country home or an historic town house in Umbria - and more particularly in beautiful Orvieto and in the surrounding towns and countryside.
This, to those of us involved with Red Oaks Partners, means being a potential owner's locally based, constantly available representative to help out with the property selection process, restructuring, maintenance, cleaning, gardening and ongoing administration.
